Sun damage can cause many changes in our skin
We can not turn back time to alter what has been done or not done to our skin. However, it is not too late to start protecting it now to stop any further damage.
Stop using sun beds and make sure you always apply a high protection sun cream SPF 25 or above every day when going outside (even in the winter!).
Reduce sun exposure as much as possible and try to stay in the shade during the hottest part of the day (12-3pm).... and wear a hat!
